The sleeping area comes with bed linen provided. A study area with storage and a private bathroom complete the space. These student apartments are fully furnished and equipped. The natural, plant-themed decoration and chic furniture give the apartments a warm and bright feel. All you need to do is bring your favorite duvet cover and a few photos of your mates. You’ll feel right at home! The rent includes Internet, a linen kit, common charges, hot and cold water.

Welcome to L’Apothicaire, a brand new residence offering a real student lifestyle, located in the Hôpitaux-Facultés district in Montpellier.

Right next to the Faculty of Medicine, the University Hospital and the IUT (University Institute of Technology), the residence offers 101 studios and one-room apartments, all of which are fully furnished, equipped and beautifully decorated. The residence is also very well served by public transport because two tram stops (Occitanie & Hôpital Lapeyronie), as well as the Vélomagg bike station, are located just 2 minutes away on foot.
