What programs are available?

Students at IPAG Rouen can choose different academic paths depending on their goals:

• Bachelor’s in Public Administration (LAP): A solid foundation in law, political science, and public finance.
• University Diploma for Central Administration Preparation (DUPAC): Ideal if you’re further along in your studies and focused on preparing for national-level exams.
• IRA Preparation: A targeted program for those aiming to enter one of the Regional Institutes of Administration

How does it work?

You’ll train through case studies, real-life scenarios, and intensive prep for both written and oral exams. No endless memorization without purpose—IPAG puts you in real exam conditions, with simulations, mock tests, and detailed feedback to fine-tune your approach.

The teaching team is made up of professionals from the field who understand the expectations of exam boards and the common pitfalls. They’ll help you master methods, time management, and the techniques you need to succeed in oral exams.

What comes after IPAG Rouen?

Graduates of IPAG Rouen go on to hold a wide variety of positions: territorial attaché, public finance inspector, project officer in public administration, or HR manager in local government.

If you’d rather continue your studies, IPAG also opens the door to Master’s programs in public administration, law, or political science.

How to apply to IPAG Rouen?

Admission depends on the program you’re aiming for:

• Bachelor’s in Public Administration (LAP): Apply through Parcoursup. Entry into the third year is available for students with a BTS, DUT, or two years of university-level studies (L2).
• Competitive Exam Prep Programs: Selection is based on your application. You’ll need at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• IRA and DUPAC Preparation: Admission is by application and interview to assess your motivation.
