HOW TO BOOK WITH UXCO STUDENT ?

STEP 1

FIND YOUR DESTINATION AND FUTURE STUDENT RESIDENCE

To start, type your destination town or college into the search bar on the home page or select it from the "Find your student residence" page. You can then see all available UXCO Student residence(s). In the town centre or further afield, choose the residence that suits your needs.

STEP 2

CHOOSE THE MOST APPROPRIATE STUDENT APARTMENT FOR YOU

The time has come to choose the apartment that best meets your expectations.  Size, shared or individual, aspect, floor, price, and so on. And if your heart is torn between two apartments, you can compare the information by clicking on the eye icon just to the right of the "Book" button. Once you have made your choice, you can book online or arrange a viewing by selecting your preferred time slot.

STEP 3

COMPLETE THE PRE-BOOKING FORM

Love at first sight is love at first sight – you can reserve your apartment right away and move straight on to the pre-booking form.

STEP 4

UPLOAD YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Download all the requested supporting documents depending on your status. 
To prepare yourself, find just after the list of documents to send us to validate your pre-booking. If you do not have all your documents on hand, just click on "continue later". We will automatically send you a summary e-mail. It's first come, first served, so don't wait too long to forward any missing documents to your chosen residence's manager ;)

STEP 5

CONFIRM YOUR PRE-BOOKING

If your booking request is complete, you can click Confirm! We will send you a confirmation e-mail and you will very quickly receive a provisional reply and the residential lease if your pre-booking has been confirmed.

STEP 6

YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED BY THE MANAGER

Your residence manager will liaise with you to plan the date and time of the big key-handover and inventory-check day. And then … your apartment is now secured! You can enjoy your holiday or concentrate on your next exams
