3iS is a private higher education institution that prepares for the professions of film, audiovisual, sound, animation, video game, special effects, motion design and live entertainment. 3iS was built around the professions of image and sound. Each year, the school welcomes 2,200 students on its 4 campuses in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon and Nantes, with more than 20,000 m2 of infrastructure entirely dedicated to the creative industries. 3IS BORDEAUX: 5,200 m2 dedicated to audiovisual, sound, animation and living spetacle, Located in the heart of the 3rd favorite city of the French, 3iS Bordeaux inaugurates this year a brand new campus of more than 5,200 m². An exceptional training environment located in the immediate vicinity of downtown Bordeaux. With only three tram stations (line C) from Bordeaux train station, the campus is located in the heart of the new Terres-Neuves district of Bordeaux Métropole. A neighbourhood of more than 70 creative companies, particularly in the audiovisual and live entertainment sector. The new 3iS Bordeaux campus will open in early 2021! Adjacent to the current 2,500 m2 building, a new infrastructure of more than 5,200 m2 will provide students with state-of-the-art equipment: a projection room with 250 seats, three picture trays of 80 m2, a control room, a live show tray of 105 m2… Unique training conditions in Aquitaine.
