Welcome to Grenad’Inn, the UXCO Student residence located in the heart of the Mériadeck district of Bordeaux.
Close to the city centre and the university campus of Bordeaux Pey-Berland, this residence is located in a dynamic neighbourhood with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also well served by public transport, with the Palais de Justice stop on tram route A just a short walk from its entrance, making it easy to access the city’s main points of interest.
In a style modelled on the Seventies, combining pastel colours and retro furnishings, these accommodation options and the common areas have been created to meet the expectations of all students.
The apartments, organised in studios or 1-bedroom apartments, are all decorated with care and are fully furnished and equipped.
The common areas comprise a chill-out area with an arcade machine, table football or a sofa and TV, a co-working area and a shared kitchen for meals with friends. At Grenad’Inn, everything has been done to create genuine shared moments.
The Grenad’Inn student residence is open to students from any background, from diverse university courses to private training courses, internships or sandwich courses. We would also love to welcome international students wanting to experience French life.
