Regional Health and Social Training Institute

The Institut Régional de Formation Sanitaire et Sociale Nouvelle-Aquitaine (IRFSS) is one of the 600 establishments of the French Red Cross, the leading private institution in the medico-social and health sector within the social economy. The IRFSS is developing a range of training courses in line with the needs of individuals and the requirements for professionalisation of employees and organisations. In response to the ‘Lifelong learning’ guideline, our institute offers training courses as part of a continuum: pre-qualification, initial training, continuing professional training.
