Welcome to Lemon, the UXCO Student residence located in the middle of the boho district of Brest; Les Capucins, near the historic center of Recouvrance.

The residence has an assumed sixties style with flashy colors and cylindrical shapes. As for the apartments, it offers accommodation from studio to private room in a 3-room shared flat. Each apartment is furnished with a kitchenette, a sleeping area, a studying area with storage shelves and a shower room with a private toilet.

Lemon also includes large, airy areas, such as a chill and co-working area, a communal kitchen and even an accessible fitness zone. These spaces are designed to facilitate exchanges.

A full range of services is also at your disposal. You can benefit from an unlimited internet connection, a residence manager available, a parking lot, a laundry and many others. Lemon offers a place for a rich and dynamic student life.
