Welcome to Dock 29, the UXCO Student residence located very close to its big sister, the UXCO Student Lemon residence, in the heart of the Capucins district in Brest, near the historic center of Recouvrance.

The residence offers 99 studios spread over 8 floors. They are each composed of a fully equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, extractor, top fridge and crockery kit), a bedroom area, an office area with storage, and a separate bathroom with toilet, shower. , and the washbasin cabinet. In terms of decoration, the residence has an assumed maritime style, mixing vintage and industrial furniture reminiscent of the Brest dock.

Much more than accommodation, UXCO Student invites you to come and live a real life experience.
