Welcome to La Pommeraie, the UXCO Student residence located in Caen, in the heart of the university area. Close to the city center, the residence is situated in a quiet neighborhood well served by public transportation.
In a tangy atmosphere thanks to its flashy colors and decor, the coliving spaces are designed to satisfy the needs of every student. Including a chill zone, a coworking area, a shared kitchen for dinners between friends, everything is set to enjoy moments of sharing. Thought and designed for the fulfillment and success of students, the residence also provide them an unlimited internet connexion, a laundromat, a private parking lot… The full set allows us to focus on the essential all year long !
La Pommeraie student residence is open to students from all over the world; whether they’re following university courses, private school training, internships or work-study contracts. We are also keen to welcome international students wishing to have a French experience.
