Welcome to La Biscuiterie, the UXCO Student residence located in Caen just a short walk from the SNCF railway station. Close to the city centre, this residence is located in a vibrant part of town, on the banks of the river Orme and is very well served by public transport. In a very tasteful setting, achieved primarily by interior design that combines industrial furnishings, flamboyant colours and saccharine motifs, the communal areas are organised with a view to meeting the expectations of all the students.

Between the chill-out area, the co-working area and the communal kitchen for preparing a meal with friends, everything is provided to enable you to create genuine shared moments. Conceived and designed to help students succeed and flourish, this residence also provides them with a wide range of services such as unlimited high-speed wifi connectivity, its own launderette and private parking, among others. A comprehensive range of facilities to enable them to focus on the essentials throughout the year.

Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair drier, etc. UXCO Student residences offer an electric appliance rental service to help you live as comfortably and as hassle-free as possible. No more excuses for turning up at an oral exam with a creased shirt ;)

Kitchen kit

The kitchen kit is free of charge and placed directly in your apartment before your arrival. Plates, bowls, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils – everything needed to prepare your favourite meals and snacks.
