Welcome to La Biscuiterie, the UXCO Student residence located in Caen just a short walk from the SNCF railway station. Close to the city centre, this residence is located in a vibrant part of town, on the banks of the river Orme. It is very well served by public transport.

The setting is very tasteful, achieved primarily by interior design that combines industrial furnishings, flamboyant colours, and saccharine motifs. The communal areas are organized with a view to meeting the expectations of all the students.

There were no issues upon arrival or departure. My daughter returned her apartment in the same clean condition as when she moved in—very clean. We received our full deposit back.
