Close to the university district of Les Minimes, the university hospital and the city center, the residence offers two types of apartments for rent, including 63 studios and 4 T2 apartments, fully furnished, equipped and decorated with care. The student residence is also very well served by public transportation, since the Illico 1 and Illico 4 bus lines connect the airport and the Minimes university district respectively. The TGV station is also only 10 minutes away on foot. .
