Welcome to the UXCO Student Le Spot residence, a brand new student residence located in the heart of the Notre Dame – Arsenal district in La Rochelle.

Close to the university district of Les Minimes, the university hospital and the city center, the residence offers two types of apartments for rent, including 63 studios and 4 T2 apartments, fully furnished, equipped and decorated with care. The student residence is also very well served by public transportation, since the Illico 1 and Illico 4 bus lines connect the airport and the Minimes university district respectively. The TGV station is also only 10 minutes away on foot. .

Much more than an apartment, UXCO Student promises you a unique experience in its residence. Entirely designed and conceived to meet the new needs of students, it offers furnished and equipped student housing with a kitchenette, a sleeping area or a private bedroom in the T2 apartments, an office space with storage and a private bathroom.
