Organized into studettes, studios, T2 and T3, they are composed of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, storage space, crockery kit), a sleeping area, an office area with storage space and a private shower room with wash basin and towel dryer. Decorated with care, each space is optimized and ensures all the comfort necessary for a serene student life.

Welcome to the UXCO Student Le Lab residence, a true student living environment located near the university hospital in the city of Loos, in the heart of the Eurasanté cluster. Located a few minutes from the beautiful city of Lille in northern France, close to Ronchin and Wattignies, the residence is ideally positioned.

Numerous schools of higher education such as the Faculty of Engineering and Health Management, the Faculty of Medicine or the Faculty of Pharmacy of Lille are present around the residence. It is also very well served by public transport with a metro stop near the CHU less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Much more than an apartment, UXCO Student invites you to come and live a true student life experience. Entirely designed and conceived for each student to live an unforgettable experience, the residence is composed of several coworking and coliving spaces to encourage meetings and exchanges between Colivers. You will have access to a common room including a relaxation area, a large equipped and furnished common kitchen, and coworking spaces, a table soccer, an arcade, and a gym.
