Welcome to Arènes d’Orsay, student accommodation a short walk from the faculties of science, law and the IUT de Limoges (University Institute of technology).Located in the heart of the student area, the residence is also only a short walk from Denis Dussoubs and Stalingrad squares, which are student meeting points in the town.
Much more than accommodation, UXCO Student promises to deliver a dynamic experience within its residence. Designed with the sole objective of student comfort and success in mind, it offers co-living and co-working areas and a full range of services to make everyday life that bit easier: internet connection, gym, launderette, housekeeping services and private and secure parking.
Student residence Les Arènes d’Orsay is adapted to students from all courses as well as young workers. Students with university courses in Limoges IUT, private school students in IFSMS Limoges or part of the 3IL group for instance, students doing an internship, young workers on an educational mission or foreign students wanting to study in France.
