Located in the heart of the student area, the residence is also only a short walk from Denis Dussoubs and Stalingrad squares, which are student meeting points in the town. Much more than accommodation, UXCO Student promises to deliver a dynamic experience within its residence. Student residence Les Arènes d'Orsay is adapted to students from all courses as well as young workers: students with university courses in Limoges IUT, private shcool students in IFSMS Limoges or part of the 3IL group fro instance, students doing an internship, young worker on an educative mission or foreign student wanting to study in France. All students are welcome !

Modern and secure, this student residence offers 89 types of accommodation, from studios to two-room apartments, all fully furnished, equipped and well laid out. Consisting of a kitchenette, a study area with a desk and storage, private shower and sleeping area with available bed linen changed monthly, the apartments offer students a comfortable and warm place to live.
