Apartments of New legend residence (from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom shared apartment) are fully furnished and equipped. They include a kitchenette with crockery, a sleeping area (or one or two private bedrooms for two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments) with available bed linen, a study area with a desk and storage and a private bathroom (or two for some three-bedroom apartments).

The rent includes a furnished apartment, a linen kit provided on arrival and a linen change per month, common charges, cold and hot water. Concerning the shared apartment, electricity and heating are included in the rent.
