Student residence Le 124 is opened to all students and young workers: students with university courses in Aix-Marseille university, private schools students, students doing an internship or on a work-study contract, young worker on an education mission or foreign student wanting to live in the south of France.
The Le 124 residence has 124 appartments, studios to three-room apartments, all furnished, fully equipped and well laid out. Consisting of a kitchenette, a study area with a desk and storage, a sleeping area with available bed linen and a private shower, the apartments are colourful and bright. Psssst some appartments have a terrace! All that’s missing is you!
