Here you can check out our ten UXCO Student residences in Montpellier: the Citadelle student residence located in the coveted district of Port Marianne, right next to the Economics faculty and the ISEM, as well as just a few minutes away from the Odysseum shopping centre; the Résidoc I and II student residences, also close to the Sup de Co Business School and to the Jean Monnet high school and its BTS (higher technician certificate) provision; the Tropicampus student residence close to the university campus of Science and the Arts; the Arc en Ciel (Rainbow) student residence located close to the ACFA Multimedia school and Studio M; the Le Thélème student residence, located close to the historic university campuses of Montpellier; the Côté Rambla student residence, located in the heart of the Les Grisettes district; and our brand new l’Apothicaire residences in the Hôpitaux-Facultés district, no distance at all from the IUT, Montpellier Polytechnic of the faculty of Science and the university Space Centre, and Kabane located in a quiet and leafy part of town less than a 10-minute drive from the Economics Faculty. Home to world-famous companies (CNRS, SANOFI, DELL, ORCHESTRA, etc.) and higher education institutions offering an extensive choice of courses, Montpellier is a leading destination for students. A renowned university city with its 13 research centres, three universities, six grandes écoles and one of the oldest and most outstanding medical schools, Montpellier welcomes more than 76,000 students every year, who account for 25% of its population. Walks to the Pont du Gard, escapes to the Camargue, relaxation and thrills in the gorges of the Hérault, or perhaps a hike on Pic Saint-Loup.

Covering the major higher education venues in the city of Montpellier, our 10 residences offer you far more than a simple study bedroom, instead providing a genuine student apartment, for single occupancy or to flat-share with your mates. In the heart of a residence with secure access, you have the choice of: a cosy studio to help you feel at home, with a sleeping area, a kitchenette and a private bathroom; a 2-room apartment comprising a living area with kitchenette, a private bedroom and your own bathroom; or a big 2-bedroom apartment for flat-sharing, with a large living area with kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. You can even choose which floor you want to live on, from ground floor up to 7th floor. Each accommodation unit is leased fully furnished and equipped, so all that you have to do is to unpack your bags and settle in. There is also a common room on the ground floor of each residence to enable all tenants to get to know their new neighbours. Last but not least, there is a manager on each premises to enable you to move into your new apartment with complete confidence.
