Welcome to L’Apothicaire, a brand new residence offering a real student lifestyle, located in the Hôpitaux-Facultés district in Montpellier. Right next to the Faculty of Medicine, the University Hospital and the IUT (University Institute of Technology), the residence offers 101 studios and one-room apartments, all of which are fully furnished, equipped and beautifully decorated. The residence is also very well served by public transport because two tram stops (Occitanie & Hôpital Lapeyronie), as well as the Vélomagg bike station, are located just 2 minutes away on foot.
Decorated in a very natural way with atmospheric vintage touches, marrying chic furniture, plant motifs and raw materials, the common room and the communal areas all invite residents to engage in friendly and enjoyable dialogue. A spacious and well equipped kitchen, a nicely appointed lounge area, co-working areas and a shared garden are available, also enabling students to get together to work or enjoy shared downtime.
Much more than an apartment, UXCO Student promises to deliver a great experience within its residence. Conceived and designed entirely to respond to the latest student needs, it provides furnished and equipped accommodation options, each including a kitchenette, a sleeping area and a private bathroom. Unlimited high-speed wifi Internet connection is also available in all of our accommodation and the communal areas—ideal for distance learning!

Comprising a kitchenette (with a good fridge, hob, crockery & cooking utensils and microwave), a sleeping area with bed linen provided, a study area with storage and a private bathroom, these student apartments are fully furnished and equipped. The natural, plant-themed decoration and its chic furniture give these apartments a warm and bright feel.
