Right next to the Faculty of Medicine, the University Hospital and the IUT (University Institute of Technology), the residence offers 101 studios and one-room apartments, all of which are fully furnished, equipped and beautifully decorated. The residence is also very well served by public transport because two tram stops (Occitanie & Hôpital Lapeyronie), as well as the Vélomagg bike station, are located just 2 minutes away on foot.

Decorated in a very natural way with atmospheric vintage touches, marrying chic furniture, plant motifs and raw materials, the common room and the communal areas all invite residents to engage in friendly and enjoyable dialogue.
