It welcomes students following courses at Nantes University or Polytechnique school of Nantes University, students in private schools like Audencia Nantes or ESB Nantes for instance, students doing an internship or on a work-study contract, young worker or foreign student wanting to study in France. Modern and warm, the Ocean Break residence offers 152 accommodation, from the traditional studio to the two-room apartment for you and your flatmates. Fully furnished, equipped and colourful, they include a kitchenette, a study area with a desk and storage, a sleeping area with available bed linen changed monthly and a private shower.
