Welcome to Kaîman, the student residence based in Nîmes, next to the medical school and the Vatel tourism and hotel business school.
In the middle of a residential area, the residence offers a chill atmosphere and is well served by public transport.
In a tropical atmosphere, the residence combines tribal patterns, natural materials, plants and soft colors for a set of lightness and conviviality. Between the chill zone, coworking zone and shared kitchen, the residence offers a range of services to simplify their daily lives. Including a chill zone, a coworking area, a shared kitchen for dinners between friends, the residence is designed to facilitate exchanges between students.
As for the apartments, from studio to 2-room flat, they are all designed in order to meet the expectations of the students.
Each apartment is furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, storage space, crockery kit, cleaning kit), a desk with a chair, a table and two seats, a sleeping area, a linen kit, a cupboard, and a shower room with a private toilet. The residence also provides unlimited internet connection, a laundromat and private parking. The complete set that allows us to focus on the essential all year long !
Kaïman student residence is open to students from all backgrounds; whether in various university courses, private school training, internship or work-study contracts. We are also keen to welcome international students wishing to have a French experience.
