Located in the city of Palaiseau, in the heart of the Paris-Saclay plateau, and only a few minutes walk from the Institut Mines Télécom, the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, or even from the ENSAE Paris, the residence is ideally located, close to many schools and universities on the Campus.

UXCO Student Hacker offers more than 200 apartments that can accommodate more than 230 students, young professionals and researchers from all over the world. It has a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from studios to large T7 shared apartments, including the rental of dormitory rooms, and thus adapts to the lives of all of its #Colivers.

Imagined and designed on the model of American “hacker houses”, it has large common areas dedicated to creativity, research and innovation: coworking areas with a meeting room and a reprography area, an equipped fitness area, a collaborative kitchen, a connected laundromat and a chill area with arcade and table football.
