Welcome to Valhalla, a completely new student living space, located in the heart of the St-Sever district in Rouen. Near the Jardin des Plantes and the Day Hospital of the Center Hospitalier du Rouvray, the residence offers 130 T1 and T3, fully furnished, equipped and decorated with care. The residence is also very well served by public transport since a metro stop and two bus stations (F1 and 6) are less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Much more than an apartment, UXCO Student promises you a great experience within its residence. Entirely thought out and designed to meet the new needs of students, it offers furnished and equipped rental accommodation, all of which have a kitchen area, a sleeping area and a private bathroom.
