The Grand Gonnet tram stop near the residence makes it quick and easy to access the main landmarks in Saint-Etienne: Jean Jaurès square with its many shops, bars and restaurants, the large shopping centres, the Cite du design, the railway station and many other points of interest … 

With very naturalistic decoration combining chic furnishings, plant-themed colours, natural materials and woodland motifs, the communal areas are just great for meeting and getting to know other people.
